ReachActive Ltd picks up a prestigious RoSPA Award

ReachActive is a winner at the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards 2017

ReachActive achieved a Silver Award in the prestigious annual scheme run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and was presented with the award during a ceremony at the Hilton Glasgow hotel on Thursday, 14 September, 2017. The award was achieved during a special year for RoSPA, as it celebrates its centenary.

The RoSPA Awards Scheme is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas. Judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement. The Awards Scheme is now in its 61st year.
Serena O’ Sullivan SHEQ Manager said: “We take this award as a badge of pride in our safety performance and, while we want to improve our safety performance, we are proud of the work our people have done to deserve these awards.”

Pelco Performance Award

ReachActive has been awarded the Distinguished Sales Achievement Award from Pelco by Schneider for the year 2016/17 . This is the third consecutive year in which we have received this award, placing us among the top three integrators for Pelco by Schneider’s video surveillance systems and products in the United Kingdom.

Award of new contract – Selfridges

Reach Active have been awarded the new contract of 278 Public Realm works in conjunction with Westminster Council. The scope will involves works including the reconstruction of chambers, installation of infill covers, minor slewing of utility apparatus.

 

SSAIB Inspection Result

Our Building Services division has recently been audited by the SSAIB (Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board). The Inspection Report makes reference to continued delivery of high quality services and compliance with codes of practice. No corrective actions were identified and our accreditation continues for another year.

Award of UKPN OHL’s LV to 132kV

Reach Active have been awarded the Overhead Line’s LV to 132kV contract by UK Power Networks. This awarded Reach Active the primary status within the Southern area, and secondary status for the Eastern area. The contract will consist of an 8 year framework contract with UKPN, allowing Reach Active further flexibility within the Overhead Lines sector.
