    The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient delivery of ReachActive Building Services Division contracts within agreed budgets and timescales.


  • Planning and defining scope of provision
  • Risk Analysis
  • Preparation of project specific RAMS
  • Activity Planning and Sequencing
  • Resource Planning
  • Programme/Schedule Management
  • Time/Cost Estimating
  • Progress Reporting
  • Budget Management and reporting
  • Quality Management
  • Documentation management
  • Client Liaison
  • Supplier Liaison
  • Representation of RAL at client/stakeholder meetings


  • The ability to effectively communicate and convey ideas, goals and issues, both verbally and in writing, to clients and colleagues
  • Strategic and operational leadership and team management skills
  • Track record of delivering enterprise level security system solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for security systems solutions
  • Ability to read/disseminate technical information from specification and design documents
  • Minimum three years’ experience in Project Management, or equivalent, role
  • Proficiency in the use of IT Software packages including; MS Office, MS Project etc

  • Experience of working in higher education, health and commercial sectors
  • Experience of Gallagher (Cardax) ACS and Pelco CCTV system solutions
  • Experience of working with CAD software


  • Security screened to BS7858
  • Enterprise level security system solutions certification at commissioning level
  • Recognised H&S qualification

  • Recognised qualification in Electronic/Electrical technologies
  • Gallagher Access Control certification
  • Pelco Endura VMS certification
