Cambridge House is a Grade I listed townhouse in Mayfair with over 300ft of frontage to Piccadilly, overlooking Green Park. Formerly occupied by a Naval and Military Club “In and Out”. The project scope is comprised of intrusive site investigations to enable a collaborative design and build solution for the re-development including ICP delivery for the incoming HV power as the property is converted to a Hotel and Residence.
Since the successful delivery, in 2012, of the 5 Broadgate project (UBS European Headquarters), ReachActive continues to work with British Land as a key partner in their 10-year Masterplan redevelopment of the Broadgate estate.
Broadgate is the largest asset by value within the British Land portfolio. It is a mixed use campus comprising offices, restaurants, retail and leisure set across four landscaped squares. Covering 32 acres, it is central London’s largest pedestrianised area. Broadgate is adjacent to Liverpool Street Station, a Crossrail station from 2021, and connects the creative, tech-focused communities of Spitalfields, Shoreditch and Old Street with the City.
ReachActive are providing an ICP design and build HV power solution together with multi-utility diversion and disconnections.
