Reach Active
- Design and build of a bespoke 1500kVA temporary substation (TBS).Liverpool Street Station and Broadgate are the home to multiple businesses and restaurants, creating a vibrant seven day a week location. This generated a considerable volume of daily pedestrian traffic from both tenants and the general public servicing these premises and any interruptions or delays was unacceptable. During its works on this Reach Active employed meticulous stakeholder management to ensure that the impact of its work on the campus was minimised.
Reach Active scope consisted of:
- All works undertaken within the roadgate Estates complex basement gyratory system.
- Design of 4 integral permanent substations ranging from 800kVA to
- 2.3MVA with a total capacity of 6.5MVA
- Substations comprise of both landlord and retail requirements.
- All Design approvals obtained in preparation of RA completing all contestable construction works.
