London and Regional Properties Ltd – Bicester Gateway – ICP HV Delivery and Multi-utilities

Holiday inn Express Gateway will be a new 149-bedroom hotel situated in Bicester Gateway, a new business park in the south of the town and a 5-minute drive from Bicester Village Designer Outlet.

ReachActive are providing an ICP HV design and build solution which will include a new package substation, new sewer connection including all multi-utility infrastructure works associated with new incoming water, gas and telecommunications.

UCLH NHS Trust – National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery – ICP HV Power Delivery

The work is part of £23 million investment to increase capacity and to improve facilities.  The final phases of the redevelopment include a new Medical Intensive Therapy Unit and neuro-medical high dependency beds and two rebuilt operating theatres.

ReachActive are responsible for the design and build of a new 6.2MVA bulk HV power supply for the UCLH Trust. Works will comprise of all associated civil infrastructure works, HV cabling/jointing, installation and commissioning of switchgear.

British Land – 10 Year Masterplan (1-2 Broadgate) – Feasibility and Design (Enabling Works).

The development will see the demolition and replacement of the existing building at 1-2 Broadgate and it’s replacement with a new mixed-use building comprising a mix of retail, food and beverage, leisure and office uses. The site occupies an area of 0.77ha on the north side of Eldon Street.

ReachActive is providing a multi utility design and build solution for associated utility diversions which also includes the construction and commissioning of a temporary network substation and builders supply.

London & Regional Properties – Half Moon Street – ICP Delivery and Multi-utility Diversions

The Hilton London Green Park Hotel is a Grade 2 listed property located on the western side of Half Moon Street within the Mayfair Conservation Area. ReachActive are responsible for the ICP design and build of an integral basement substation at 1 MVA, stepped down to an LV supply. ReachActive are also providing a collaborative, value-engineered multi utility solution which includes Gas, Water, Electricity and Telecommunications infrastructure.



Skanska plc – K1 Knightsbridge – Multi-utility Diversions

Skanska is building K1 Knightsbridge, a mixed-use scheme for The Olayan Group wtth a project value in the region of £141m. The 31,600sqm project combines commercial, residential and retail space in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Olayan Group’s developer for the project is Chelsfield.

ReachActive are responsible for all associated utility disconnections and provision of a multi utility diversion strategy to enable demolition and subsequent redevelopment construction works. ReachActive are providing a full design and build solution to our client.
